If you practice this consistently, you will be AMAZED at how much you heal. You will be able to access your neutral mind on a dime. Compassion, not passion, will be the order of the day. There's this great quote for these times that we are in - "Understand through compassion, passion will make you misunderstand the times."

Take a couple minutes to process your anger. Experience it, express it, tango with it. And then watch how quickly you can bounce back.
